it's quite frankly the best. Enough said. After work i went home and did a whole lot of nothing until about 5 i decided to draw a picture for kiley for "ilovemysisterweek" ya... FAIL. i drew a picture of her and i from off my phone. That will never be attempted again. NO grids=no good.. ever! proportions were off i looked like me however kiley looked nothing like herself. bummer dude.. ya live and ya learn. i discovered how to make hair look more realistic however so no regrets :) just giggles at my patheticness. Ended with watching the traditional desperate housewives with Kiley in bed. Prime day.


tuesDAY the fooseDAY (soccer!)

another fantastic day at work. Worked with Sammmmmm pumped it was someone i finally knew and was comfortable around. Crazy how in life you'll have a reoccurance with people somewhere you never thought you would! never in my mind did i ever think.. one day i'll work with sam vanderkolk and its gonna be awesome. but hey... ITS AWESOME! we came to the settlement that i will be bringing him cookies for his apartment because i have no life and have been mom for the past three weeks so im pro at making cookies. after work went and got Kiley a mega pack of her favorite chocolate... REESE'S.. (for all of her friends reading this if you ever want to make her day.. get her a reeses peanut butter cup. she'll be thrilled.) wrote her a nice little note and made her bed. ilovemysisterweek continues :) Made a sign for my little brother since he would pick #6 for soccer... a number we dont own any jerseys or shirts of.. just my luck. I tore up his room trying to find his extra jersey.. turns out middle schoolers have one jersey.. WHO KNEW? so i had to settle for making a sign. flew out to Grand Haven and cheered my lungs out for the lil white haired wonder. He played great but they lost. BLAH the other team had a giant mammoth that was the whole team anyway. LAME.

I went home and took on the motherhood again finished folding laundry and went for a nice long walk where i walked past allendale's football field. I've come to the realization that rocket football is the cutest thing of my life and if i ever get married and have kids my son is most defiantly playing peewee football! such cute lil munchkins! finished my walk and took a long hot bath. they were much better when my whole body could be submerged at one time.. kinda outgrew the tub but still relaxing nonetheless and ate a whole box of milk duds.. like 510 calories later... got out and waited for kiley to get home. HOLY BLAST OF GIGGLES! seriously i dont know how we manage to do it but Kiley and i can have THE funniest times when we aren't doing anything. it started off by her asking me to make her something to eat. after offering mac and cheese, grilled cheese, pizza, cheese broccoli rice, pasta, fries, applesauce, fruit cup, potpie, egg mcmuffin, peaches, eggs and bacon, pancakes, french toast, popcorn shrimp, peanut butter and honey sandwich, cinnamon grahams i had to settle with a pickle.. there was nothing else to offer. she wasnt pleased so i scrounged up some dry turkey and a bagel with the last of the cheese and cream cheese for her. SUCCESS! the queen was happy for the moment.. then she needed chocolate milk. after serving "your highness" i sat down and accompanied her in her struggle with math. (just so you know the DeVries girls absolutely vaccum at math so this was quite the task) Our grandpa and grandma devries just moved into an apartment building at sunset mannor because they couldn't keep up with the lawn and chores around the house. so my mom has been talking about getting grandmas china if no one else wanted it. WElp she got it and for some reason she was trying to keep it a secret? i dont know but i'd say its not very secretive when her and my dad talk about it when im sitting right next to them. i know im blonde but im not stupid! so i told kiley not knowing it was a secret and she said something to my mom and she goes DONT SAY THE NAME IT'S A SECRET! so for some reason kiley and i thought it to be hilarious to pretend china was voltimort and we were dumbledoor and harry potter.. yes we are strange dont hate us cause we're beautiful.
